Called the Word. It is a divine revelation from God to man. Keep in mind that the bible is not the word of God – It contains the word of God. You must read and get to know the story because it is about you. It is your sword – your only offensive weapon – in this spiritual battle you will be engaging in. There are many perversions and changed versions of this book, as the more the language changes in an attempt to remain relevant, the more opportunities there are for modification or a weakening of the message. I prefer the dependable King James.
