God created everything.
Can you see a sunrise or a spectacular sunset and not wonder where it all began? What about children playing? Nature? What kind of sign do you need?
Some will argue that things are not good, but when God created the world, He said that it was until sin came into it. Sin has caused the trouble we see, and the bible says that creation will last (Spring and winter will continue) until He ends it and “makes all things new.
