Just as knights of old had an emblem – a flag – you have a banner, but it is not a cross or pendant you wear around your neck or a sticker on the back of your car, your banner is your action – the things you say and do.
You get this from the Christ. Your own (self-righteousness) is not good enough.
Would you be ashamed to carry it?
